Privacy Policy

    Last updated: July 22, 2026

Utah Technology Management ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to utahtechman.com only — not to the separate agreements we sign with consulting clients.

    Information we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), and your message. We do not run advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts, and we do not use cookies to track you.

    How we use it

We use your contact information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to communicate about that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

    Service providers

The site relies on a small number of service providers that may process limited data:

    • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — relays contact-form submissions to our email inbox. Your form entries pass through their service in order to be delivered to us.
    • Cloudflare — hosts and secures this website. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses and basic request logs to serve the site, prevent abuse, and report network errors.

Fonts and all other site assets are served directly from our own domain — no font or asset requests are sent to third parties.

    Data retention

Contact-form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. You may ask us to delete your messages at any time.

    Your choices and rights

You can browse the entire site without providing any personal information. To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email [email protected] — we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.

    Children

This site is a business-services site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

    Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
